The Cleaning Factory Inc, is in the market from 03/2007, as a Janitorial Company, from this time to now, we have diversified as: cleaning houses, cleaning business, pressure cleaning, cleaning carpet, cleaning furniture’s, cleaning ground and cleaning pools and much more. We are licensed and insured.
Our Principal is Carlos Alban, he is graduated in The Catholic University Santiago de Guayaquil in Business Administration and did a Master Degree in B. A. in The University of Politecnica. He has the vision of understand how important is to do our services in the century 21 with high quality, It means that we are strictly focus and compromised to do the best in order to leave clean your house or your business. We understand that our job is not just a business we are working with the most value for yours, emotions and dreams where your families or employees until customers can feels relax to be there.

Strategies.- We are doing different strategies to reach our mission:
* Motivation.- We are doing new technics to be effective in our cleaning routine we are practicing continuous improvement, we are listening our team about your necessities, we are providing as soon as possible all the requirement to help our team in the field.
* We are increasing their income every year over the inflation and we have different levels that they can continue growing up inside of the organization. All staff who works for us is reviewing their background.
* All Our Jobs are supervised by an executive before the job is done, If for any reason the executive cannot be there at the time that our crew finishes, they are doing a tour with the owner of the property reviewing that everything is done with high level of quality.
Objectives.Keep all the rooms (house) or department (office) cleans, all the floors smelling good, all the windows and furniture’s bright with no dust and at the end of our job, (after mopping) we are checking that everything is perfect before to go.
We are compromised to keep all hour tools ready for the next property (family or place of job).
